With our free standard delivery it takes 1-3 working days to arrive, but in busy periods it may take a little longer.
If you have chosen our tracked next day delivery, as long as it was ordered by 2pm it should be with you the next working day.

If for any reason you have changed your mind about your Lovey Dovey purchase you can return it, it must be unworn and in its packaging and within 14 days of receipt for a full refund.
Unfortunately this policy does not apply to earrings (for hygiene reasons) and any personalised engraved items, which can not be returned.
This does not affect your statutory rights.

In accordance with the Hallmarking Act all Silver Lovey Dovey jewellery weighing over 7.78g is hallmarked to comply with the law, to protect you the consumer and to ensure all Lovey Dovey Jewellery is 925 Sterling Silver.
All hallmarked Sterling Silver jewellery will need regular cleaning to keep it in tip top condition, please refer to our 'Care and Cleaning' guide on how to care for your jewellery.
Once we have received your returned item for a refund, it will be inspected by our Quality Control Department. Once this has been done it will be passed onto our Returns Department to process a refund. We aim to process all returns within 5 working days of receipt, however it may take up to 28 days for the refunded amount to appear on your card, please contact your card issuer.
