  • How do I make a payment?
    We accept all major credit cards and payments can also be made through Paypal.

  • How long will my jewellery take to arrive?
    Depending on which postage package you have chosen will determine how long your package will take. With our free standard delivery it takes 1-3 working days to arrive, but in busy periods it may take a little longer. If you have chosen our tracked next day delivery, as long as it was ordered by 2pm it should be with you the next working day. Please take a look at our delivery page for more information.
  • How will my jewellery be packaged?
    All our jewellery comes beautifully packaged in a free Lovey Dovey gift box. You can also add a free personalised gift card with your special message, so you can send it direct to the recipient.
  • Can I return/exchange an item?
    Yes of course, we offer a 14 day no quibble, money back guarantee. If for any reason you have changed your mind about your Lovey Dovey purchase you can return it, it must be unworn and in its packaging and within 14 days of receipt for a full refund. Unfortunately this policy does not apply to earrings (for hygiene reasons) and any personalised engraved items, which can not be returned. This does not affect your statutory rights. Return all items in their original packaging along with the Order Form or note with your name/address, telephone and email address along with your Order Number to LOVEY DOVEY PO BOX 296 LOWESTOFT NR32 9FZ For peace of mind please obtain a proof of posting certificate. If the items are faulty we will of course refund all postage costs. If you have any queries please do not hesitate to contact our customer care team.
  • Can I cancel an order?
    If you have a change of heart, you can cancel your order, but you need to let us know as soon as possible. If you have ordered a personalised item and your jewellery has already been engraved, unfortunately cancellations can not be accepted. Contact our friendly team for help and advice.
  • My order hasn't arrived yet what should I do?
    If you have any queries regarding your order, please do not hesitate to contact our friendly customer care team who will help resolve any issues.
  • Is all your Sterling Silver jewellery Hallmarked?
    In accordance with the Hallmarking Act all Silver Lovey Dovey jewellery weighing over 7.78g is hallmarked to comply with the law, to protect you the consumer and to ensure all Lovey Dovey Jewellery is 925 Sterling Silver. All hallmarked Sterling Silver jewellery will need regular cleaning to keep it in tip top condition, please refer to our 'Care and Cleaning' guide on how to care for your jewellery.
  • There is an error with my personalised item, what should I do?"
    Oh no! Very occasionally things do go wrong, please contact our team to resolve any issues regarding an error with any engraved items.
  • How long will it take to process my return?
    Once we have received your returned item for a refund, it will be inspected by our Quality Control Department. Once this has been done it will be passed onto our Returns Department to process a refund. We aim to process all returns within 5 working days of receipt, however it may take up to 28 days for the refunded amount to appear on your card, please contact your card issuer.
  • My engraving or gift card has a mistake?
    Please take extra special care when filling out your engraving or gift card requirements, as this will be exactly how it will be engraved or printed on your item.
