SHIPPING POLICY

Here at Lovey Dovey we create and aim to despatch your order within one working day, but during peak times it may take a little longer.

Our Free Of Charge delivery service is dispatched via Royal Mail on all standard deliveries within the UK.

If you need your item in a hurry or next day guaranteed, we do offer an Express Next Day delivery service for all UK orders at the price of £7.  We do ask that orders are placed by 1pm to guarantee delivery by 1pm the following working day.  Express Delivery orders placed after 1pm on Friday, Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holiday days will be dispatched on the next UK working day.  This is a Royal Mail 'Sign For' delivery service.  If a signature cannot be obtained upon delivery, your item will be taken to your local Royal Mail sorting office for you to collect within 7 days of the attempted delivery, after this time the item will be returned to us.

We can dispatch International orders and this will be charged at £10 and is via Royal Mail International, and it is a tracked sign for service.  Expected delivery times will be approximately 7 days for Europe and 10-14 day for worldwide deliveries.

HOW TO RETURN ITEMS

We offer a return or exchange policy within 14 days of your purchase, excluding personalised items and earrings, as long as they are in their original packaging and condition.  Please return all items to the following address, and for peace of mind please obtain a proof of posting certificate.

If you have recently purchased a non-personalised item and you're not happy we will process your refund directly to your debit/credit card or pay pal account in the latest of 28 days. If you have any issues please do not hesitate to contact our care team.

We are sorry to hear if you have a faulty item! Before you return your item please give us a quick email at contact@loveydoveyjewellery.com or phone call and let us know your problem and hopefully we can resolve the issue.

For hygiene reasons, we are unable to exchange or refund any earrings or body jewellery.

LATE DELIVERIES 

If your order has not arrived in the estimated delivery time please contact us via email, phone or social media and we will try and get your parcel to you as quick as we can.
