What happens if the chain breaks after the year?
All permanent jewellery welded pieces come with a 6 month warranty and a 1-month loss guarantee. After the first month, as long as you still have your chain and it’s in good condition, a jeweller can re-weld it for you by appointment.
If the chain has snapped or been caught and broken at a different point from the weld, a £20 re-welding fee will apply. After the 6-month warranty period, any re-welding will also be charged at £20, provided you still have the original chain.
Do you take walk-ins, or is it by appointment only?
It can vary by store, but we always recommend booking your welded bracelet, ring or anklet appointment to make sure you don’t miss out!
